Can companies please list that they don't deliver to PO Boxes? Instead I get to play phone tag with the company and FedEX, only to have to pick it up from a FedEX location and wasting everyone's time in the process. The pandemic has given my neighbors the ability to steal packages from my leasing office or right outside my apartment, which is why I have a PO BOX to begin with. STOP WASTING OUR TIME.

I placed an order on 5/5, it has now been over 2 weeks and nothing. My order is "in transit" but there is no estimated delivery day and it's still on the other side of the country so it will probably be another week at least. The 5-8 business days is very, very untrue.

Ordered two towels and a blanket. Blanket had a snag, and they replaced it. Took forever, but it got done. Towels are fraying and coming undone after 3 months. Totally not worth the price tag. Messaged on Instagram to avoid leaving a poor review, but they read it and just never responded. So here I am.

Can I leave a NEGATIVE 5 star review?
horrible customer service. ...website says items ship 4-7 business days... I'm cool with that. estimated delivery date comes and goes, now it's 3-4 weeks to get order. This is not cool. going on 13 business days. I'm very disappointed ???? in this company.
I wish I had of read these reviews before I WASTED $115 BUCKS.

Lovely towel. Very disappointed in the masks that I bought. They were the same color and pattern. I dont need 2. Was hoping for 2 different ones. Luckily, I lived near their pacific beach location. However, upon asking to swap one out, they said that cant be done for some reason.

Great company and fabulous products. I love the towels and have given many as gifts. They are great for the beach or used as a wrap on a cool evening on the patio. The masks and hair ties made of towel remnants are wonderful. They are unique and fit perfectly. Thank you for dedicating a large percentage of your profits to ocean cleanup. The Sand Cloud team has a great mission and a great product. Thank you.

Blanket doesn't seem as soft as I had hoped. Will think about it if I keep it.
